Return for unopened product

  • We only resend products to customers who can provide an image /Video of the exact same product that we sent from our website explaining the problem. Example: Wrong Product etc.. The sealed product you have a problem with will provide free shipping so you can return the product so we can dispose of our own product and then I can resend the new product. 

No returns on open product : 

  • Brick breaking into chunks once you cut vacuum sealed bag.

  • Chunks Crumbled

  • Buckets that have been opened without a video showing the customer removing the plastic wrap while opening the bucket.
  • No returns if the Product doesn't taste like you expected because the product we use is straight from the store. We don't alter the taste.

No Returns on our Product you purchase from someone else:

  • We don't refund or exchange No Product that's Purchase from another party (Only Our Customers)

Shipping Returns

  • We will provide information you need to file a claim through USPS for damaged or lost product

  • We won't resend no replacement products.  If your tracking # show your package was delivered to the address you provided at the time you placed your order.

  • If you put the wrong address and your product comes back to us we don't pay for shipping. You would have to pay for shipping because we sent it to the address you provided when you made the original order.

  • If your mailbox is full and your package is returned back to us, we don't pay for shipping to resend your product
